What is Make?
The same job as Zapier — connect apps, move data, add logic — built as a visual flow diagram and priced per operation rather than per task. Materially cheaper once volumes get real, at the cost of a steeper first hour.
The pricing difference is not marginal. At the volumes a busy ecommerce business generates, this is routinely several times cheaper for the same work.
The trade is your time. Expect the first automation to take an afternoon rather than twenty minutes, and expect the second to take twenty minutes.

Read Make's privacy notice on 30 August 2026. The only training statement is a narrow Google commitment: "We hereby confirm that Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models." That says nothing about the data flowing through your scenarios, so we are not recording it as an answer.
