What is Reclaim.ai?
Watches your calendar and automatically blocks time for tasks, habits and focused work, moving those blocks when meetings land on them. For people whose diary is public and gets filled by other people, it is the difference between having time and having a plan.
The premise is that unprotected time gets taken, which is true of anyone whose calendar colleagues can see and book. Reclaim’s answer is to make the protection automatic and self-healing rather than a block you defend by hand.
Warn your team. A calendar whose blocks move themselves reads as chaotic to anyone trying to find you a slot.
